Microclimate: Smooth winters, dry summers
Alcoholic degree: 12,5 % vol.
Residual Sugar: 2,0 gr/lit.
Total Acidity: 5,5 gr/lit.
Vinification:
Fermentation at controlled temperature after clarification of the must. Fermentation in French oak casks and maturation “sur lies” for 7 months. Ageing for 12 months in oak and 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes:
Shiny golden-yellow colour. Aromas of white flowers, candied fruits & citrus. Rich & oily in taste with decent acidity and long lasting finish.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy it with fish, ideal with salmon in white sauces. Best served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
